We want you to love your Lamia Nails. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. This policy explains how to return or exchange an item, when refunds are issued, and which items cannot be returned.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging, including all included accessories and keepsake box
- Initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused a refund or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn nails
- Nails damaged due to improper application or removal
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards or promotional items marked as final sale
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@lamianails.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label (where applicable) or return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging using the provided label.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available for eligible unused items. Please contact us first at hello@lamianails.com so we can confirm availability and reserve your replacement set. Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every set. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost, including shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing window, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with your bank or credit card company — refunds may take a few days to post.
- Confirm that the refund was not posted to a different account or payment method.
- If you still do not see it, contact us at hello@lamianails.com and we will investigate.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product pages carefully before purchasing sale items.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon request.
